Board of Directors
Spark's Board of Directors carry the legal and fiscal responsibility for the organization. The Board is presently composed of 8 directors (including a chairperson, vice-chairperson, treasurer, and secretary) and the executive director. The bylaws provide for two #member-elected representatives selected by the membership to have full voting seats on the Board for a 1 year term. This ensures that the members are fully represented in organizational decisions at this level. Board of Directors meeting minutes are available to members upon request.
