Description
This class is intended to teach the use of common portable power tools. Students will make a Viking chair, also called a bog, stargazer, or one-board chair.

- Drill (corded or cordless)
- Jigsaw
- Belt sander
- Portable circular saw
- Router
- Orbital Sander
Certifications
Spark members will be certified on the portable power tools listed above as part of this class.
Materials
- One 2" x 12" x 96"
To streamline classes, these boards are divided into two 48" long pieces prior to the start of the class.
